(Houston, TX) Just as promised, Miggle Toys delivered the very first Houston Texans team out of the warehouse to the new Houston Electric Football League. On May 3rd, Delayne Landsman confirmed on the Miggle chat board that the EF Commissioner promised that Miggle would indeed deliver the first Texans to the new league. (See original story). Both dark and white jerseyed teams arrived in the mail at the Houston EFL headquarters on July 22nd.
"This is just absolutely amazing," Glenn Hardaway said when opening the package. "It's the same feeling I had as a kid when I saw a new electric football set under the Christmas tree!"
Hardaway hopes to follow the lead of the PEFL and have the HEFL Texans on display at a real NFL Houston Texan game in Reliant Stadium this season.
HEFL Commissioner Hardaway says he will purchase another set of each jersey and get a bag of the patriotic bases for the Texans. "All the other coaches use 22 men or more, so I've got to be able to compete!"
"This is truly a class act on the part of Miggle to do something like this. Everyone in our league is really happy to see the commitment Miggle has to promoting electric football around the country," Hardaway added. The Texans will be playing in the HEFL Houston East Division.

Here are two more pictures of the new Texans showing both dark and white jerseys. The team came just in time to be able to get in a game or two before the HEFL Spring Season comes to a close. The Texans will play a full schedule in the HEFL Regular Season and they will also play in the Hardaway Solitaire EFL.
